Anyone can join the fanlisting. However...1. you should be a fan of the mangaka Yoshizumi Wataru (or her numerous works)
2. Please don't put unneccessary characters (e.g. ***, ---, <<,etc.) before your name just to be listed at the top of the list.
3. Use a reasonable name (;ldkjlk;adfj is not a name), an alias or nickname is fine.
4. Only your name/alias, e-mail, and country are required, the rest is optional.
5. IF you want your website to be listed, you must provide a link back to this fanlisting using a text link or a code from the codes page. (Your site must not have any type of inappropriate material)
